I drove past town and through beautiful fields full of pronghorn on my way to see the Chessums. The sun beamed on the dirt road that leads to their home. To the right, cows grazing. As I pulled up, little Logan greeted me at the door. I could tell he’d been looking out the window anticipating my arrival. The Chessum home is warm. They made me feel at home and life went on as usual for them even though I was there with my camera in hand. I followed their lead while mom changed the brand new baby and dad gathered the rest of the little ones. As I watched them, I saw a glimpse into the years that had molded this beautiful family. Once strangers, then new love. As the years went by that love grew deeper and greater and now four babies. Each a perfect combination of mom and dad. This is a small glimpse into their lives.
